This role leads the ads sales team for Coupang's new food delivery app Rocket Now in Japan, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with advertisers and merchants. 工作职责

Lead the ad sales team and manage OKRs: set, execute, and review team and individual OKRs; develop quarterly/annual plans; manage progress towards revenue and growth targets; build relationships with key advertisers and strategic merchants.

Develop and execute ad sales strategies: align with business goals; design and propose ad solutions for merchants and brand partners; identify new ad product needs through market and data analysis; reflect in OKRs.
Data-driven performance management: analyze ad performance metrics; manage OKR achievement; identify opportunities for efficiency, profitability, and advertiser success; provide performance reviews and improvement proposals to key advertisers.
Team development and execution excellence: coach and develop team members; foster OKR culture; conduct regular performance reviews; enhance team productivity and accountability through data-driven decisions.
Cross-functional collaboration and problem solving: work with marketing, product, data, and operations to support OKR achievement; prioritize internal/external issues; drive resolution of complex problems affecting ad sales performance.
