Handle special or unusual payroll situations, such as final settlements for terminations or advance wage payments. Employee Data and Movement Management: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other relevant data. Responsible for tracking and managing headcount, ensuring data is updated promptly. HR Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Conduct regular compliance audits of daily HR operational processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Be proficient in Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related labor regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant. Serve as the primary liaison with various government labor-related agencies (e.g., Labor Insurance Bureau, National Health Insurance Administration, Department of Labor). HR System Management: Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the Human Resources Management (HRM) System. Experience with Workday system operation and management is a plus. Reporting and Analysis: Provide various HR operational data reports and analyses as needed.
Experience in Workday system is highly preferred. Experience in handling labor disputes, government labor inspections, or labor mediation is a plus.
