Customer experience focus: define customer needs, reverse-engineer solutions, use internal/external data to create WOW experiences.

Marketing campaign & promotion planning: collaborate with teams, develop promotions, execute onsite campaigns following merchandising calendar, track performance and optimize.
Manage core operational KPIs: revenue (top line), orders, GMV, customer behavior metrics (inflow, conversion, retention), and execute strategies to achieve targets.
Cross-functional process optimization: establish and improve workflows with Business, Marketing, Category, Design, and Product teams to enhance efficiency.
