This is a strategic content leadership role managing the rare disease franchise across Central and South Europe. You will orchestrate content localization and deployment, ensuring HCPs receive tailored, impactful materials. The role blends digital marketing, stakeholder management, and cross-market collaboration to drive patient outcomes.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, marketing, or multi-channel orchestration
Proven track record in content strategy and digital marketing
Experience working across multiple markets in an MCO, regional, or global role
Deep understanding of digital channels, content formats, and engagement strategies in pharmaceutical marketing
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English

工作职责

Design and implement a comprehensive content localization and deployment framework for all CSE MCO Rare activities

Manage the complex matrix of content requirements across countries with varying product portfolios
Develop and maintain dashboards to track content utilization, engagement metrics, and effectiveness across markets
Manage the content localization budget efficiently
Partner closely with Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance
Establish content governance standards
Optimize content distribution across digital and traditional channels
Identify and pilot innovative content formats, digital engagement strategies, and AI-enabled solutions
Facilitate best practice sharing across countries
Collaborate with Digital teams on platform optimization
Partner with Rare Franchise Head, Brand & Content Leads to implement content plan
Oversee end-to-end content localization process
Establish and lead regular content planning forums
Build strong relationships with functional partners

优先资格

Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) would be an asset
