关于这个职位

作为提案专家,您将负责为能源行业(特别是油气处理、新能源领域)的工业项目准备和提交投标方案

您需要协调工艺和工程部门,分析技术、商业和合同文件,识别并管理项目风险,制定报价策略,并在投标阶段与客户保持沟通
这是一个连接技术、商业和客户的关键角色

最低要求

拥有技术领域认可大学或学院的学士学位

具备应用/提案工程师经验
良好的沟通能力,英语流利
具备与工业工厂项目相关的经验
能够记录、计划、营销和执行项目
具备成熟的项目管理技能
了解与合同和销售相关的行政和法律方面知识
了解典型的市场合同形式(PMC, EPC, EP, EPCM)
能够展示计算机技能,熟悉 MS Office

工作职责

准备提案/投标书,参与合同谈判,确保合同承诺的合规性并进行商业风险评估

分析技术、商业和合同招标文件,以正确定义工作范围
识别风险要素并制定缓解措施
在工艺和工程部门的协助下,根据时间和预算,制定、提议并实施报价策略和制胜技术方案
协调工艺和工程部门,按时完成提案文件(如PFD、设备清单、布置图、MTO等)的实施
必要时与分包商协调制造或安装活动
制定价格结构,填写/完成项目成本估算,并与董事会讨论利润和价格定义
在投标阶段与客户保持联系,必要时与销售部门协调
准备并收集移交文件,以便在中标后将投标阶段开发的项目信息转移给项目团队
协助客户谈判
与职能伙伴合作,识别新机会,开发新产品和服务以促进业务增长
处理需要技术知识以及对产品/系统使用环境了解的复杂产品和系统
这些产品和系统是客户特定的,需要进行技术分析和系统设计以适应客户条件
