关于这个职位

作为贝克休斯的航空项目经理,您将负责将公司的航空战略愿景转化为可执行的计划,并确保其成功落地

工作职责

理解选定模块在零部件和维修程序方面的技术特性

验证选定模块的维修周转时间(TAT)根本原因分析
与治理团队密切合作,理解驱动因素及其对整体GTS航空战略的影响
协助识别不同的供应链来源,以确保灵活性并减少依赖性
利用X矩阵方法制定清晰的TAT缩减策略,并按选定模块报告关键绩效指标(KPIs)
根据计划推动TAT缩减执行,并通过早期缺陷识别和升级来避免瓶颈
与组织内各职能专家对接,领导和协调计划的特定行动
向GTS领导层论坛汇报结果
与内部利益相关者和外部合作伙伴建立并维护牢固的关系,以促进协作并推动成果
