能够应用材料、工具、流程和产品知识来解决问题
能够为自身和他人制定并执行目标,影响短期和部分长期业务目标
对自身工作领域有基本理解,并对上下游产品/应用有基本了解
能够利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)、计算机辅助制造(CAM)和产品生命周期管理工具来创建和分析工业设备或流程
能够执行项目以评估和改进现有产品和服务的性能、成本或可靠性
能够为正在进行的项目提供制造和可靠性设计方面的建议
能够支持AMO、品类管理和采购团队采购制造所需的原材料、中间产品和/或成品
