这是一个为期两年的数字技术新兴人才(ASPIRE)项目,面向应届毕业生

你将通过轮岗制参与从产品管理到软件开发等多种任务,在全球团队中解决关键业务挑战,并获得结构化的职业发展指导、技术培训和领导力课程,为在能源技术领域的长期职业发展奠定基础

最低要求

拥有计算机科学、管理信息系统、信息技术或相关STEM专业(如数据科学、数学)的学士学位,或毕业于软件/IT加速器项目

毕业后工作经验不超过三年
GPA大于或等于3.0/4.0或同等水平
具备流利的英语口语和书面表达能力,以及有效的沟通技巧
对技术职业有强烈的承诺,并对软件和信息技术充满热情和天赋
具备强大的解决问题和分析能力,能够识别和实施改进
在法律上有权在申请的国家工作,无需担保或时间限制

工作职责

参与结构化的职业发展,接受教练指导、导师辅导和在职学习,为职业加速创造机会

承担从产品管理到软件开发等多种任务,根据个人兴趣定制培训
在贝克休斯专家指导下,进行为期两年的轮岗,并参与全球课堂培训
积极参与ASPIRE项目的开发,并促进跨职能的参与
与全球业务领导人互动,在第二年承担基于任务的项目
