Serving as the technical authority for global mechanical, electrical, and automation hardware standards, ensuring adherence to CE, UL, and ISO requirements, and driving robust validation methods and best-practice adoption.
Leading innovation and digital transformation by championing AI-driven tools for CAD automation, BOM validation, and risk analysis, and embedding lessons learned into global libraries and standards.
Managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting bid approvals and feasibility assessments to ensure sound business decisions.
Monitoring and improving performance through KPIs such as standards compliance, reuse rates, and first-pass yield, acting on deviations and driving systemic, continuous improvement initiatives.
Hiring, developing, and retaining top engineering talent, mentoring local leaders, and cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
Acting as the global interface for engineering standards and knowledge sharing, partnering closely with software, application, and project leaders to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
