This role involves designing and delivering technical training programs for wireline operations at Baker Hughes. You will create training content, conduct instructor-led sessions, and support competency management. It requires deep wireline expertise and strong coaching skills.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 years of Baker Hughes wireline experience. Recognized as an experienced coach/mentor for field personnel. Ability to serve as an SME and competency assessor in at least one wireline service. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.

工作职责

Design, develop, and maintain wireline technical training content (lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, knowledge checks) covering Open Hole, Cased Hole, Pipe Recovery, Slickline, Tractor operations, and Pressure Control Equipment (PCE). Deliver instructor-led training from training centers with flexibility to travel. Lead classroom and hands-on practical sessions ensuring alignment to operational procedures and safety standards. Participate in Competency Management System (CMS) and Competency Management Program (CMP) development. Serve as Subject Matter Expert and competency assessor in at least one wireline service. Maintain accurate training documentation and version control. Coordinate training resources including equipment/tooling availability. Align training content with Wireline Operations and Baker Hughes compliance requirements. Support training execution as required.
