Design, develop, and maintain wireline technical training content (lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, knowledge checks) covering Open Hole, Cased Hole, Pipe Recovery, Slickline, Tractor operations, and Pressure Control Equipment (PCE). Deliver instructor-led training from training centers with flexibility to travel. Lead classroom and hands-on practical sessions ensuring alignment to operational procedures and safety standards. Participate in Competency Management System (CMS) and Competency Management Program (CMP) development. Serve as Subject Matter Expert and competency assessor in at least one wireline service. Maintain accurate training documentation and version control. Coordinate training resources including equipment/tooling availability. Align training content with Wireline Operations and Baker Hughes compliance requirements. Support training execution as required.
