工作职责
Ensuring detection of defects and manage them accordingly to relevant procedures (non-conformities)
Non-conformities management (opening, expedite disposition and validate execution)
Monitoring and driving the NCRs key metrics (aging, closure rate)
Completeness of the check form in terms of data availability and quality of the data inside the documents
The readiness of the shop dossier (WO, applicable docs and drawings, check forms) to authorize starting of activities
Final checks list for shop dossier timely closing
Issuing certificates to customer according to QCP (Quality Control Plan)
Collaborating with Quality team to highlight repetitive issues for continuous improvement
Driving check forms revision and improvement
Encouraging the shop floor to highlight any type of non-conformance, report quality concerns, leverage on “stop work authority” process to stop the line and reduce as soon as possible escape
Support to promote the Quality cultural change
