最低要求
Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Good working knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
Experience in a mechanical role in energy or oil & gas environment
Intermediate knowledge of Heavy Duty Gas Turbine installation/maintenance
Customer service orientation and leadership skills
Skilled in communicating complex technical information
Deep awareness of HSE compliance
Motivated self-starter with decision-making ability
Excellent English (verbal and written)
EU Passport or European work permit
Willingness to travel extensively (not less than 80%) offshore included

Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.
Oversee, overhaul, troubleshoot, and commission Heavy Duty Gas Turbines at customer sites.
Lead customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and advise on technical solutions.
