Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events; Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit; Coordinate and conduct interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to candidates; Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse range of candidates; Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform recruitment and employer branding strategies; Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final hiring decision; Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in various markets
Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus
