We are seeking an experienced Global Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for global expansion, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across international offices. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and employer branding skills.

工作职责

Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events; Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit; Coordinate and conduct interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to candidates; Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse range of candidates; Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform recruitment and employer branding strategies; Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final hiring decision; Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in various markets
