该职位是丹纳赫旗下Genedata公司的商务客户经理,专注于精准医疗企业软件销售

您将负责从潜在客户挖掘到最终成交的全销售周期,管理客户关系,并制定区域市场战略,以推动公司在生物制药领域的业务增长
这是一个需要结合深厚行业知识与销售技巧的岗位

最低要求

超过5年在企业级B2B软件销售领域的成功经验,最好是在制药或生命科学领域的SaaS、数据平台或咨询服务行业

有可验证的超越销售目标和驾驭大型、复杂矩阵组织(包括顶级生物制药客户)中漫长、复杂销售周期的记录
拥有生物信息学、分子生物学、健康科学或密切相关学科的高级学位(博士或硕士),并对转化和临床研究以及精准医学有深刻理解
具备出色的英语书面和口头沟通能力,有向不同组织层级的多样化受众进行演示的经验
能够接受高达25%的国际差旅

工作职责

推动业务增长:领导完整的销售周期——从潜在客户开发、谈判到成交和签署协议

扩大市场影响力:在目标市场识别和开发新的业务机会,同时深化与现有客户的互动
管理客户关系:通过持续的客户管理和了解其数据工作流程、业务需求和战略目标,建立牢固的关系并确保客户留存
战略规划:设计和执行客户及区域发展的战略和战术计划
制定提案:创建并交付针对客户目标量身定制的有说服力的项目提案和演示文稿
跨职能协作:与客户成功团队合作,定位和销售企业软件解决方案及咨询服务
协调合同:与法律团队合作,确保所有协议符合Genedata的标准和期望

优先资格

有使用Salesforce或类似CRM系统的经验,并注重销售管道管理和预测能力

具备跨职能协作能力,能够有效地与内部和外部的科学家、经理和IT专业人员互动
