具备强大的分析、沟通和建立关系的能力,能够影响、指导和培养他人
英语流利,持有有效驾照,并愿意出差高达50%

工作职责

确保加拿大团队通过专注的执行和新业务开发,达到或超过年度销售和毛利润目标

招聘、领导和发展本地销售和支持组织,重点关注绩效、问责制和持续发展
执行以渠道合作伙伴为主导的客户战略,通过与国家和区域优先事项一致的既定合作伙伴推动客户增长
