具备领导大型复杂客户成本节约项目优化项目的管理和战略能力

擅长结构化问题解决和批判性思维
出差要求:需要75%的出差,主要是过夜出差

工作职责

帮助客户重新设计新的或现有的运营流程,以建立持续改进战略,并实施由绩效合作伙伴评估团队确定的硬性成本节约

理解战略目标与流程改进之间的联系,运用分析工具和咨询技巧
在项目期间负责与客户的关系,以实现(客户签署)已确定的硬性成本节约,并负责实施先前未识别的硬性成本节约项目
独立分析实验室信息系统(LIS)数据,以确认客户量、测试菜单以及项目实施的验证和成本节约结果
识别当前项目里程碑交付成果中的差距,并开发/实施创新方法来弥补差距,以便按时提供预期结果
促进过程修正,以达到客户签署成本节约的里程碑
收集、分析和呈现前后数据点,以确保成本节约目标按时达成并获得客户签署
高质量地计划和完成分配的工作,同时在可交付成果完成方面提供指导
