Strong ability to connect data → insight → strategy → action plan → measurement, and run a closed-loop operating rhythm. Proven experience leading cross-functional work through influence (matrix leadership), aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes without micromanaging execution. Solid business acumen: comfortable owning topline logic, SOM/brand objectives, performance diagnostics, and resource allocation decisions. Strong communication skills: can drive executive-level clarity, facilitate decision forums, and translate ambiguity into structured plans. Budget ownership/optimization experience (A&P) with an ROI-driven and prioritization mindset.
