As a Product Supply Manager at P&G Hong Kong, you will manage end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, customer logistics, and operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and cost efficiency. 工作职责
Demand Planning: Monitor and analyze product performance and project forecast under different business scenarios. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Team to develop, review and execute business plans.
Customer Logistics Management: Collaborate with customers' supply chain and design with key customers to improve cash and cost in terms of product & channel availability, speed, and cost. Lead order management to ensure right service at the right cost.
Operation and Planning Management: Lead international shipment from global sourcing sites and develop competitive distribution strategy for HK/SZ/MA region. Cost optimization of local customization work through sustainable and innovative packaging designs. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery.
