Issue invoices in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring strict compliance with tax regulations and standards. Review invoice details to guarantee accuracy and completeness and handle any invoice related inquiries or adjustments promptly. According to business requirements, create and modify customer master data in the MDG system, ensuring all information is accurately and completely recorded. And track the approval progress to ensure the timeliness of data. Be responsible for the filing of contracts and business documents. Organize, classify, file and store them in an orderly manner to ensure easy retrieval. Establish and maintain a document management system to guarantee safety and integrity.
