Handle CCRP timely and effectively to minimize customer dissatisfaction, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by cross-company, cross-functional or cross-organizational coordinating. Fulfill CCRP KPI target, AOT/ROT/COT/AVG. open days. Analyze customer complaints and other customer feedbacks, identify opportunities for product, service and process improvement. Participate in customer feedback collection, resolution and improvement of major quality issue. Lead major improvement project, especially for repeat case. Others related quality activities according to the CCPR plan. Others items as assigned by QMD manager or CCRP manager.
