Bachelor degree in industry technology relevant; major in mechanical and electrical is preferred
TOEIC Listening & Reading score > 550
years of relevant working experience, preferably on installing, troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or computer systems
Microsoft operating system knowledge
Excellent communication and customer service attitude
Ability to function independently and be self-motivated
Good command of written and spoken English
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
工作职责
Work and perform in compliance with company's regulations and requests
Perform Technical Field Service activities: Installation and commissioning of equipment, Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, Escalation support, User Training / Customer Training, Providing sales support, All necessary reporting as per company policy
Demonstrate customer service skills and knowledge with high passion and dedication
Demonstrate strong and efficient ability to learn skills on Coordinate Measuring Machines utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude
Report to Service Manager / Factory on product issues
Document activities using required formats (service report, technical report, etc.)
Develop and maintain customer relationships for highest satisfaction
Respond to satisfaction surveys and resolve customer care issues
Provide timely response to internal and external requests
Perform administrative paperwork completely and accurately
Work independently in high pressure, fast paced environment
Provide feedback on product quality issues and marketing information
Ensure direct reports maintain company-issued test equipment and support tools
Perform other related duties as assigned

Previous mask repair machine installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus
Familiar with E-beam system is a plus
