This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing ZEISS industrial quality solutions (IQS) products at customer sites in Taiwan. You will provide both on-site and remote technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
最低要求
Education: College or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of relevant field service working experience, focus on installing, troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines or X-ray systems. Other skills: Proven ability to work with high flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities; be able to function independently, self-motivated and yet be part of a team; creativity, organization and proven team player; affinity towards digital technologies; good command of written and spoken English; experience in computer knowledge with hardware, software and operating system; willingness to travel domestic to support national service projects.
工作职责
Work and perform in compliance with company's regulation and request. Provide customer service in fields such as installation, maintenance activities and repairs on site as well as remote. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction. Provide documents for activities performed utilizing the required format, such as service report, calibration report, etc. Perform necessary administrative paperwork in complete and accurate manner. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
优先资格
Previous Coordinate Measuring Machine/ X-ray system installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred however not required. Experience in the field of remote services and practical implementation of the required remote tools.
