Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Activation
Understand customer insights through market research, advisory board and field visiting
Synergize insights into brand strategy, deliver brand materials and education contents
Develop customer engagement solutions and implement with innovation and excellence
Opex planning and management
Thought Leader Management
Identify and engage thought leaders and establish strong relationship with TLs
Deliver TL advisory board meetings to collect customer insights
Internal Communication
Deliver brand strategy to the sales force
Work closely with sales, medical, PR, PRA, access, commercial and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
