Lead the team through CSR & AOP strategic planning.
NDS CSR/AOP & input into ND CSR/AOP
Collaboration with ND Ops teams
Collaboration/alignment externally with stores on shared strategy
Accelerate & activate the strategy. For example:
Team operating model/ways of working
Future product/consumer opportunity evaluation
Future retail experience opportunity evaluation
Develop & align strategy-focused top-to-top agendas/content:
Align topics, presenters, & agendas
Develop strategy-focused content
Engage with external counterparts to execute critical follow on workstreams
Cross sales priority champion:
Lead a Cross ND stores Project/Strategic Priority
Represent and lead in identified body of work
Feed into Retail Op Model
