Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical and mechanical engineering, material engineering or automation relevant. 2. Three years solid experience in new production introduction or process engineer. 3. Strong result oriented and future oriented, good communication skills and cooperation. 4. Digitalization skills, problem solving and project management experience are preferred. 5. Fluent in spoken and written English.
