At least 3 years of professional experience in the software sector; EM-PE/ESC is desirable. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, IBM-RTC). Experience with requirements management (e.g., in DOORS). Experience with agile development methodologies (Jira, IBM-RTC). Knowledge of software development processes and standards (ASPICE) and Functional Safety (ISO 26262). Experience in hardware-near software development and the implementation of complex drivers for embedded systems. Programming skills in C within the context of Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS). Understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., IFX Aurix), peripherals (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, LIN), and memory management. Experience with debugging tools (e.g., PLS Debugger) and hardware-level fault analysis.
