Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated testing systems for motors (such as DC motors, AC motors, servo motors, BLDC motors, etc.), including the development of testing plans, test case writing, and test script development.
Build and maintain an automated testing platform, integrating hardware (such as data acquisition cards, sensors, power analyzers, etc.) with software tools (such as LabVIEW, Python, NIVISA, etc.).
Perform motor performance tests (such as efficiency, torque, speed, temperature rise, noise, durability, etc.), analyze test data and generate reports, and assist the R&D team in optimizing motor design.
Develop fault diagnosis algorithms to identify motor anomalies and pinpoint the root cause of the problem, and propose improvement suggestions.
Write test documents (test plans, operation manuals, standardized procedures) to ensure compliance with industry standards (such as ISO, IEC, UL, etc.).
Prepare project task and test issue tracking and status monitor in SDD/Wiki+JIRA and use given Jira functionality for tracking and reporting.
Join electronic component/system requirements analysis and give feedback regarding to function, understanding, clarity, and testability.
