Responsible for defining, developing, and industrializing EOL (End of Line) test solutions, ensuring products meet functional, electrical, safety, and customer requirements before shipment.
Act as the key interface between R&D and manufacturing, supporting new product industrialization, process implementation, and value stream cost optimization. Define EOL test requirements, scope, and coverage during concept and development phases. Create and maintain EOL test specifications aligned with product functionality, safety, and customer requirements. Balance test coverage with production cycle time and manufacturing efficiency. Design and implement automated or semi-automated EOL test flows. Define, verify, and maintain test interfaces in cooperation with HW and ME teams. Implement and maintain functional, electrical, communication, and diagnostic tests. Support DVT, PVT and SOP phases for EOL test introduction. Analyse and resolve EOL test failures and false failures, continuously improve test stability, test time, yield, and robustness. Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and EMS partners. Support manufacturing-related reviews, including TA, DFMA, and feasibility assessments. Support manufacturing cost review, including process cost, investment (MAE / EWAK), and cost validation. Support sample builds, trial runs, OPL review, and readiness tracking toward PPAP and SOP. Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and value stream VAVE measures together with plants; fully support EPO implementation.
