Be responsible for evaluating and driving progress on external business leads, ensure the efficient conversion of high-value leads into potential business opportunities.
Maintain engagement with potential leads to understand and validate their needs and wants. Deliver technical and product consultancy for external leads across various platforms. Track the final outcomes of high-value leads, deliver regular feedback reports. Work with MA and sales team to improve the process of customer call handling. Work with inside and outside sales team to strengthen the existing business and develop new markets. Familiar with and understand the application of technical knowledge and customer needs, follow the technical development trend and summarize. Be a competent partner for customers, provide advice and support together or in co-ordination with outside sales. Support to OEM management, drive target OEM certification efforts and ensure industry leading competitiveness. Generate product ideas related to selected application, initiate and support of new product development or further development of existing products according the innovation process. Preparation of Trainings, Presentations, Technical Articles, Product Information, brochures etc.
