This role is responsible for driving sales growth of health & wellness ingredients in global and Taiwan regional key accounts. You will develop account strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative microbiome and nutrition solutions to leading brands. It requires deep expertise in microbiome science and a proven commercial track record.

Bachelor of food, microbiome science, microbiology or other related education background

At least 6 years of professional experience in microbiome science, microbiology, H&W in the area of marketing/sales or in a technological area with a high affinity to marketing/product management
A track record of commercial results, and successfully growing businesses as well as possessing the skills and experience to introduce ingredients to leading brands
Ability to use English in occasional international working environment
Dependent, responsible, passion for working
Excellent communication skills

工作职责

Able to translate company objectives into well-executed account plans with the goal of exceeding the expectations of the company. Ensure goals for revenue, profitability and forecast accuracy

Key account and project management to grow business with a focus on Microbiome, Fiber, NHN, and relative ingredients and solution system
Work closely with marketing team to generate marketing tool supporting new business growth and pipelines in H&W market
Work out product concept and give presentation to customers
Work with technical and marketing team for new product, concept and ideation development
Establish and maintain good relation with customers
Satisfy customers, manage customer needs regarding technical service, customer service and marketing support
Trouble shoot, solve customer issues and define unmet needs
Define and work out new sales opportunities
Manage account receivables to make sure overdue controlled at an acceptable level
Work with colleagues cross BUs to ensure compliance with core values and be aligned on administration
Accomplish other tasks assigned by company and manager

Training in sales or business administration is a plus
