最低要求
Bachelor- / Master degree in Computer Science, data analytics, Engineering, or similar
years working experience in the field of data engineering & architecture, ideally in FMCG industry
Proficient knowledge of Snowflake and AWS services relevant for data & AI (Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, Glue, Athena) and application stack AWS Container Services (ECS, EKS, ECR, Fargate), Lambda, SNS, SQS as well as PowerBi.
Profound understanding of data modelling techniques, SQL & Python (PySpark) as well as data management practices (e.g. data quality, semantics) & descriptive analytics architecture.
Good architectural understanding application architecture (session handling, authentication & authorization, design patterns like VC, microservice architecture) as well as AI-based applications (RAG incl. PostgresSQL and pgvector, LangChain, LangGraph, Pandas), basic understanding of machine learning and ML/ops.
Good knowledge of the GitHub ecosystem including the core version control system, branching and merging strategies, GitHub Actions for CI/CD and working with tickets/issues and pull requests.
Good data knowledge (e.g. financial data (COPA), SD, O2O data from Meidong or similar platforms, Sell-out data market data from IQVIA, warehouse data etc. pp.) as well as the needed business process knowhow (marketing & commercial, order to cash & supply chain).
Professional experience in steering IT providers and software vendors.
Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgement. Interpersonal and communication skills, active listening, consulting, challenging, presentation skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written & spoken, intercultural awareness and willingness to travel occasionally.
工作职责
Design and lead the implementation of China analytics solutions in line with legal requirements (e.g., TPAs, data privacy) in order to deliver fit for purpose and scalable analytics products and AI solutions.
While doing so, closely work with China business stakeholders, product managers, data scientists, AI engineers and other data architects (global and regional) to define project scope and deliverables and apply best practices.
Collect & assess functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical concepts for data processing, descriptive analysis and AI solutions in alignment with business objectives, user needs, architectural standards and best practices considering robustness, scalability, re-usability, cost efficiency, performance & security & data privacy requirements.
Manage the integration of different data types (e.g., market sell out data, O2O data CRM data etc.) and sources into unified & reusable data assets.
Ensure data quality and that data is accurate, complete, consistent, and timely, while maintaining metadata repositories and promoting metadata standards across the organization.
Lead the process of producing comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user manuals and/or review documentation delivered by engineers and vendors to meet our standards.
Lead and steer external providers and/or internal engineers, guide them as architects to ensure a smooth implementation, provide cost and time estimations, challenge vendor costs and assure quality delivery of implementations & proper handover to support.
Co-develop and enforce data governance policies and standards while working closely with business units and vendors/data stewards to ensure alignment and compliance.
Collaborate closely with the cloud platform team to raise requirements for enhancing the technology stack of our global & China cloud-based data, analytics and AI platforms.
As a technical lead for China analytics solutions, contribute to the architectural community and exchange and develop best practices with other architects responsible for other regions/markets or global solutions.
优先资格
Knowhow in Databricks and Azure (ADF, Container Services, AzureML, Azure Foundry) is a plus.
