工作职责

Handle inbound calls and provide high-quality service to Top-tier customers by effectively resolving their enquiries, and deliver professional written communication via digital service channels to ensure high customer satisfaction

Interpret and analyze customer enquiries from vocal and digital channels to understand their needs while actively listening to provide tailored recommendations and offer appropriate financial products, services, and solutions
Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path
Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from peers and managers, and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies
