This role is for a Personal Banking Executive in HSBC's Premier Contact Centre and Remote Channel, focusing on building customer relationships and offering banking solutions. You'll make outbound calls and handle inbound calls, providing professional services and identifying customer needs. No prior banking experience is required as full training is provided.

最低要求

Higher Diploma or above

Ability to provide excellent customer service over the phone and be a good problem solver
Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week
No banking experience is required as training will be provided

工作职责

Proactively perform outbound warm calls to selected customers and handle inbound calls as and when required

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
Provide comprehensive and professional banking services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards
Support the Bank’s initiatives as and when necessary

优先资格

Applicants with prior customer service experience, and holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3) , will be considered for a Senior Wealth & Personal Banking Executive role
