This role is part of the Alternatives Product team at HSBC Global Asset Management, responsible for non-core activities relating to alternative investment products, including data, reporting, and governance. The Product Operations Manager will work with product leadership to review processes, track regulatory developments, and maintain product documentation. This is a key position ensuring that alternative products conform to internal requirements and that governance processes are properly managed.
最低要求
Proven product management experience at an established asset manager, law firm or professional service firm. Alternatives product experience preferred. An understanding of data and systems. Self-starter, who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision and can deliver the right solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to communicate with impact. Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple complex initiatives (at different levels of granularity). A track record of building and maintaining an excellent network of relationships across different levels of seniority both inside the firm and externally. Commercial, entrepreneurial outlook. Ability to translate broad strategic goals into action.
