Execute the development and ongoing enhancement of Hang Seng Indexes equity indices, including support on new index concept validation, conducting backtesting and comprehensive assessments. Upkeep the methodology and quality of HSIL equity indices, performing methodology reviews to ensure quality and robustness, address regulatory changes and governance. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored index solutions that address evolving market needs. Support governance activities to maintain robust index management and compliance with industry standards. Contribute to organisation-wide projects related to index product pricing, packaging, and cross-functional initiatives. Assist in forward-looking strategic and innovative projects if necessary.
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
