This role serves as the primary contact for high net worth clients, supporting Relationship Managers in deepening client relationships and generating income. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, account opening, credit applications, and ensuring compliance. Ideal for professionals with private banking experience and strong communication skills.

最低要求

Minimum of Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience

Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent
Proven customer service, communications, CDD, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
Good understanding of the major products or services available in the private banking industry
Credit Skills, ideally obtained in an area dealing with High Net Worth individuals or Business Banking
Technology Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
A good team player with drive for success and achievement

工作职责

Main responsibilities include acting as primary point of contact for high net worth or ultra high net worth individual clients externally and internally for flow transactional banking elements. The role supports one or more Relationship Managers to deepen high net worth or ultra high net worth individual client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities.

The CSE Floater is a dynamic, multi-facted role that provides temporary, on the ground support to different RM teams, Markets or client portfolios. It is expected to step in to maintain service continuity during staff absences, cover leaves, assist during seasonal surges or support special projects.
Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to high net worth client enquiries and requests
Ensures high net worth client account opening documents are complete and accurate and requirements are met and ensure that any data input is dealt with in a timely manner and in the correct and consistent format
May involved in the credit application process by ensuring that all credit applications meet deadlines
Ensure that all high net worth client-service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures contained in it
Assist Relationship Managers in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately, promptly and completely and ensures smooth co-ordination with processing departments on migrated processes
