管理并发展客户投资组合,参与团队组织并确保适当的行政支持; 通过营销所有合适的公司服务,为高净值个人客户提供全服务银行和所有交易; 建立新关系并管理现有关系以产生新的AUM和收入; 与平台经理合作清理待处理项目、提高质量并解决问题; 增长收入、增加投资组合AUM并增加新资金净流入; 定期与客户接触和会议; 确保通过适当的产品选择满足客户目标; 确保客户了解其风险水平; 调查账户和交易记录以解决基本差异、回答问题或提供客户活动文档; 向其他RM提供指导和辅导,并创造机会发展其知识和经验; 以身作则展示符合汇丰价值观的行为; 协助其他客户关系经理; 与其他银行部门密切合作; 维护汇丰内部控制标准,包括及时执行内部和外部审计点以及外部监管机构提出的任何问题; 确保跟进所有风险和合规问题(如CCR、KYC、合规请求、风险管理请求、内部审计请求); 尽量减少操作损失
