This leadership role heads the Investment Advisory team within Hang Seng Bank's Private Banking, providing strategic oversight and driving a robust sales culture. You'll lead a team of investment counsellors and product specialists to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance and advisory quality. This is a senior position for experienced investment professionals with strong team management skills.

最低要求

University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification

Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience from financial services industry, with strong knowledge of investment products
Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
Demonstrable management experience within investment sales, with a strong track record of leading teams to deliver business outcomes
Strong sales and client orientation, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership capability, with resilience and composure under pressure
Proficient in English and Chinese
Strong sense of ownership and service-led mindset

工作职责

Provide strategic oversight of the investment business and embed a robust sales culture

Lead the Investment Counsellor and Investment Product Specialist teams, setting clear direction and performance management
Strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end sales process
Enhance sales quality and discipline in line with regulatory requirements and HSBC standards
Manage team performance through structured coaching, regular reviews, and targeted development actions
