Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
工作职责
Provide high-touch trading advisory and high-touch trade execution services to HNW and high-value, frequent-trading brokerage clients.
Deliver against the financial and non-financial performance objectives set by the Company.
Provide clients with Investment Services & Advisory (IS&A) insights, market commentary and analysis, as appropriate.
Ensure delivery service is aligned to HSBC internal standards and complies with all applicable regulatory and conduct requirements.
Expand the client base and drive business development through effective internal collaboration, including with GPB and Premier Elite.
Support the execution of growth strategies and delivery of key business initiatives.
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in accordance with policy; maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to refer clients to other HSBC products and services.
Work on a shift basis and provide coverage on public holidays in accordance with team arrangements and business requirements.
Support the Directors of Trading Advisory with ad hoc duties, including supervising the team members and assisting with the handling of customer complaints as required.
