As a Case Manager at HSBC Life in Hong Kong, you will manage end-to-end case processing for new insurance applications, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery while supporting sales channels to meet targets.
最低要求
University Degree; Relevant case management and/or new business operation experience; Positive and mature attitude, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Able to work independently for tasks assigned; Performance driven and results focused; Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (knowing Mandarin is a plus).
工作职责
Deliver end-to-end case management service for new applications in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and service lead time; Process cases in accurate, effective & timely manner; Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed; Work closely with stakeholders to support channels to achieve sales targets; Provide updated case information to key stakeholders; Handle case inquiries from sales staff and stakeholders professionally; Handle and resolve problem cases skillfully and independently; Support ad-hoc tasks, projects and cross channel duties as assigned by Team Leader.
优先资格
Possessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plus.
