This role involves selling precious metals products and maintaining client relationships across the APAC region. You will provide solutions including spot trading, financing, and derivatives, drive new business, and collaborate with local sales teams. The position requires building relationships with a diverse client base from central banks to hedge funds.
最低要求
University level education in Finance or another relevant field. Minimum of 15 years’ experience within Commodities / Precious Metals including Commodity Structuring experience. Excellent knowledge in financial products and strong background dealing with corporate and/or institutional clients. Excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills. English, Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency would be beneficial. Ability to connect with and develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders across both corporate and institutional client space and diverse geographies.
工作职责
Provide coverage and solutions to current clients of the precious metals desk ranging from spot trading, financing and derivatives. Drive new business through close relationships with relationship managers within banking. Where appropriate, work with local non-precious metals salespeople to develop new leads and strengthen existing relationships. Control and direct the document negotiation process, particularly in the case of leasing or clearing account documentation. Identify cross-selling opportunities where appropriate and work to foster collaboration with other areas within markets. Identify product development opportunities to increase revenue or optimise current products through more efficient capital or credit utilisation. Maintain high standards for accountability and global standards, particularly with regards to FCC.
