This is an Associate position within Societe Generale's Investment Banking team in Hong Kong, focusing on M&A and equity capital markets in the energy and infrastructure sector across Asia Pacific. 最低要求

Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.

Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential.
Operational Skills:
Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint proficiency
Ability to perform financial projections and valuation analysis
Review of various documentation, including information memorandum and due diligence documents
Keeps abreast of evolving industry trends and market updates in Energy and Infrastructure sectors in Asia Pacific region
Analytical skills and ability to rationalise and communicate complex scenarios

工作职责

Contributing to the identification and origination of potential new business opportunities and assisting with development of new contents and preparation of research and marketing materials.

Providing day to day transaction support in all aspects of the deal process including preparation of marketing and due diligence materials.
Building financial models, analysing financial scenarios and producing sensitivity analysis.
Reviewing documentation, including information memorandum and finance documents.
Managing other internal processes relating to advisory transactions e.g. updating databases, briefing notes, completing internal system-based processes.
Respecting all relevant compliance practices and other internal requirements in relation to the execution of advisory transactions.

优先资格

Proficiency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is preferred

years of relevant experience in energy and infrastructure within an investment bank is preferred.
Strong execution and modelling skills preferred
HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) certification is preferred
