Lead hardware team, design all new product circuits in electrical area, including but not limited to power electrical, analog, digital and communication circuits design, and so on.\n• Instruct and guide other members of the team as needed to verify new design, update old product design as needs of manufacturer.\n• Provide engineering functions support of product marketing, manufacturing, and sales in line with company and product line objectives.\n• Review and analyze product configurations and components, design circuits, perform engineering calculations, and provide input to other departments including drafting, purchasing, and manufacturing team.\n• Perform all related tests according to function, EMC, environment and other standards, generate test system and plan, assure all design meet the marketing needs.\n• Responsible for related document and specification.\n• Maintain current knowledge/expertise of product engineering technologies, competitor capabilities, practices, market conditions, and channels.\n• Participate in customer project review/drawing approval meetings.\n• Perform other related activities and special projects as assigned.\n• Assist R&D Engineering Manager to hire and ensure appropriate training of the team members in order to fulfill project expectations and strategic objectives.\n• Motivate team members and assist R&D Engineering Manager in team members’ performance management.
