Project Manager

作为伊顿中国的项目经理，您将全面负责复杂关键项目的规划、执行与交付，协调跨部门资源（工程、服务、运营、销售、财务），确保项目在质量、进度和预算内完成

Plan, direct and manage the quality and progress of designated and/or key projects to ensure the objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed parameters and manage the change resulting from implementation of the projects. Take end-to-end ownership of complex and/or critical projects, with greater accountability for project outcomes, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and team leadership, beyond task execution and coordination. Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Allocate resources and confer with project, service, operations, sales & finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority. Ensure the company's and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met. Establish project plan, milestones and deliverables in consultation with customers. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget. Prepare project status reports for management & customer's. Work in a team environment to achieve the division's targets. Comply with the company's policies and procedures. Actively gather information on the customer and the customer's requirements, creates additional business opportunities out of the ongoing project. Throughout project life cycle, identifies and assess all risk factors utilizing available risk measurement tools; Ensure risks monitored in all project phases. To play a key role in project team and take advantage of good ownership and strong sense of responsibility to support team move forward, to motivate, inspire colleagues improvement as well.
