最低要求
化学工程、机械工程、工业工程、电气工程或相关专业的学士学位
拥有项目管理专业人士（PMP）认证
具备3年以上制造环境下的工程或项目管理经验
具有从概念到实施管理资本项目的经验
具有在化工、涂料、油漆、特种化学品或流程制造环境工作的经验
了解工艺设备、物料搬运系统、混合操作、泵、储罐、管道和工业公用设施
熟悉项目管理原则，包括范围、成本、进度和风险管理
