Secure and maintain applicable licenses
Existing knowledge of Research or external Investment research division essential
History of working within tight deadlines and prioritization
Microsoft systems especially Excel and Word
Ability to interact and manage at all levels
Ability to manage large amounts of data
Accuracy and attention to detail
工作职责
Review and process broker votes to be shared and consumed
Organize the product management team including creation of presentations, marketing schedules, coordination of the marketing diary, product planning meetings, diary management etc.
Publish focus list notes, updating and displaying the new focus list posters etc.
Contribute to market data and subscriptions management for Equity Research
Responsible for collation, co-ordination and organization of Road Ahead conference, stock steering meetings
Assist with year-end scorecard preparation, result analysis, goals and training
Provide management information including variance analysis, month-end reporting etc.
Conduct expense management including travel and entertainment pre-approvals, client interaction spend pre-approval e.g. GLG, non-network individuals etc.
Manage and prepare Committee quality reviews
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

MBA and/or CFA preferred
Ability to use internal Citi systems would be an advantage but is not essential.
