This role is pivotal in driving portfolio deepening of Emerging Affluent clients, uplifting digital activeness and increasing investment penetration. You will lead strategic initiatives, design personalized client journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow digital wealth revenue. A blend of analytical mindset, client-centricity, and strong execution is required.

最低要求

Experience: 5-8 years in investment product management, digital wealth management, or related financial services roles, with a demonstrable track record of contributing to business growth. Experience in client segmentation strategies and portfolio deepening is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
Digital Wealth & Client Engagement: Strong understanding of digital wealth platforms and their application in creating engaging client experiences.
Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical capabilities, adept at distilling complex data into actionable insights.
Client-Centricity: A profound and unwavering commitment to client-centricity.
Operational & Program Management: A commitment to operational excellence, attention to detail, and supporting strategic initiatives through agile methodologies and program management.
Forward-Thinking & Execution: Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach and supports execution of strategies with precision.

工作职责

Strategic Contribution: Contribute to strategic definition and achievement of business objectives, supporting revenue and investment asset growth targets.

Strategy Formulation: Support formulation and evolution of comprehensive business strategies, providing market insights and identifying emerging opportunities.
Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Assist in end-to-end design, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives and client engagement.
Portfolio Deepening & Digital Activeness: Lead design and implementation of personalized client journeys using data-driven insights to deepen relationships and increase investment penetration.
Investment & Digital Wealth Growth: Support implementation of portfolio management strategies and promotional frameworks to enhance investment penetration and contribute to digital wealth revenue.
Market & Client Proximity: Support efforts to maintain market and client proximity with Emerging Affluent segment, assisting in development, launch, and scaling of innovative products and marketing programs.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Adhere to governance frameworks, collaborating with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure digital sales processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Operational Excellence: Contribute to optimization of sales, service, and operational functions, supporting a culture of excellence, efficiency, and compliance.

优先资格

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
