Support development and execution of eCRM strategy across markets of Henkel Consumer Brands eCRM Europe

Take responsibility in implementing the eCRM strategy end-to-end across diverse areas such as brand activation, content and SEO, marketing automation and consumer segmentation
Identify opportunities to improve the eCRM performance by understanding consumer behaviour across touchpoints
Collaborate closely with countries, partners, data analysts and brand teams to implement successful consumer-centric journeys
