This management trainee program is designed for graduates to gain hands-on experience in production operations at Henkel's factory in Shiga, Japan. Over 18 months, you will rotate through various functions like safety, quality, engineering, and logistics, leading improvement projects. 最低要求

Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering and technology, Automation, Mechanics, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Fine Chemicals, Polymer Materials and Engineering, or related fields.

Eager to learn, with an interest in new technologies, digitalization, and data analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Adaptability to multi-department rotations.
Proficient in MS Office.
Fluent Japanese is must.

工作职责

During the 18-month rotational program, you will receive systematic training in our factories and lead improvement projects to gain in-depth knowledge of various functions in production operations.

The program consists of three phases:
Building Your Foundation: Join production team to improve and optimize production processes.
Exploring New Horizons: Three functional rotations in selected departments (Safety, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, or Supply Planning).
Gaining Strategic Insights: Work closely with Henkel's Adhesive Technologies teams in Asia-Pacific and globally, participating in a cross-functional project.
Each trainee will be assigned a mentor. Connect with other trainees across Asia-Pacific.

优先资格

Internship experience in chemical or manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
