This is a Quality Manager role for the Automotive Area at a multi-technology adhesive manufacturing site in Hungary. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry; Knowledge and experience in IATF16949, VDA6.3 standard & automotive core tools; 8+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing industry within quality function; 3+ years of experience in people management; Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems in a plant environment; Excellent project management and organization skills; Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and to manage cross functional teams; Fluent written & verbal English knowledge

工作职责

Develop practicable and sustainable actions at shopfloor to be compliant with requirements from quality procedures/standards, in alignment with Production, Engineering teams; Coordinate implementation of Quality core tools, problem solving methodologies; Participate in New Product Introduction / Management of Change / Manufacturing Footprint Optimization projects and support processes requiring Quality involvement; Manage the Non-conforming material review Program; Coordinate Quality continuous improvements projects/initiatives at the production area; Participate as a member of the audit team (system, process, product); Manage customer & supplier complaints; Lead & Develop a team of 2-3 engineers / 10+ technicians

优先资格

Experience in IATF16949 system implementation in green/brown field investment is a plus; SAP proficiency preferable; Knowledge in other applicable standards of specific markets as Food, Medical, Aerospace is a plus
